The steel tongs weigh 14.4 ounces. They are 17 inches long and 3.5 inches wide when extended, but can fold to 12 inches by 7 inches for more convenient storage.

The handles are coated in black plastic for comfort. Each pair is engraved with an edition number, just like a fine work of art.

Recommended Maintenance: Your grill tongs need to be broken in, the more you use them the smoother the action will become. To extend the life of your steel tongs, lightly coat the steel with oil to prevent rust and keep the hinges moving smoothly.
